Cancellations conditions

Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat, Akademikonferens: mitochondria2019@akademikonferens.se.
Registration is binding. Due to the subsidized fee, no reductions or reimbursement of payment will be made for cancellations or no-shows.

Change of Name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place for an administrative fee of 250 SEK.
